What Operating System are you using?

Can you open or create other businesses?

I’m using Desktop edition
I’m using 23.7.3.860 Version
I’m using Windows 10
yes I can open or create other businesses

Seems as if your file might be corrupt - do you have a backup you can use?

You are a good number of versions behind - is it possible that the business was opened by a later version of Manager?

I have last backup by dated today 17/9/2023 but same issue
but old backup dated (10/9/2023) working
