i want to know the Views of Developer on Implementation of CRM module.

Manager already provides all the essential tools for CRM as well as Custom Fields to store additional data like say telephone and Custom Actions so you can send bulk SMS for example.

If you need more functionality, you will have to be more specific on this, like say account management or tickiting or whatever.

No offense to anyone, but maybe you should look for a separate solution. It seems like everyone is forgetting that Manager is an accounting program. Not a POS, not a CRM, not a inventory control system and what else people seems to think.
If you look at most of the accounting software out there, they do accounting, and that’s it.
