There’s two default options for custom fields:

I’m going to be simplifying things. Custom fields won’t be showing on invoices or printed documents by default. The only way to make custom fields on invoices and other printed documents will be using custom themes. That will give always the ultimate flexibility.

The latest version (25.6.22) adds ability for anyone to customize themes. No programming required. When you view sales invoice, below the sales invoice you will see new section Theme Enhancer [image] When you click on it, it will expand.
