Prior to updating to the latest two versions, all custom fields were showing and all was good.
Currently, I have lost all the data from custom fields that contained info related to Customers that is crucial for regular business flow (like billing address and other specific info).
I have tried to open older saved versions of my business but the issue is the same, current up to date program does not recognize any of the custom fields or their data.
Same was happening with invoices, as I had specific info within custom fileds that would show on invoices, both printed or emailed, but I worked around that by creatinga footer with same info.
Anyway, I have looked all over for some mention or guidance about this but could not find anything, besides older non relevat posts.
The closest info I coulf find was under bugs , regarding the fields being pushed to the right side , whch was also happening but seems to be fixed with new update.
So… any chances that the classic custom fields, and the info they hold, could be brought back to be used as they used to? Please.
Of note, I am not savy enough to play with code, so I will not feel confortable with messing around with that.

From what I can understand on that post, the info on custom field is still prersent but scattered, I my case, I cannot find it anywhere but I do have the names of the Custom fields listed and and all that.
I had in those fields info such as Customer address and contact and all seesm to be lost.
My biggest concern with this is that I am unable to issue Invoices becaue it lacks that information.

No, the only thing I did was to update Manager to the latest versions.
I had noticed that on the previous update some infor was missing but since there were lots of other issues, like texts being pushed to the right side and son on, I waited and did not even use the program until this last update where the fields seem to be corrected but all custom info is still gone.
I just hope there is a way to recover all that because it is not easy to update my entire Patients database, not even with batch update.

Ona side note… I have been using Manager for 9 or 10 years now, and even with glitches and setbacks I just wished I had found it earlier. Since I first started using that I have, and will continue to, reccomend it to everyone I know.
Don’t ask, don’t know… it is working and I have all info (or so it seems) available now and I am back to being an happy camper (or user , or whatever others are calling me nowadays)!
I had now a bit of time to “mess” with it and I used a copy of my business file and named it copy of a copy , just to be on the safe side.
I then created a new “temp” Custom Field (2026 birthday) on that business and that seem to have brought back all the info that was missing and not showing, and it remain even after I have deleted that “temp” Custom Field.
