Custom field on documents are gone

Hi, after upgrade to latest version 16.11.45, all the custom fields are gone, there are not anymore visible on the documents like before. i found this problem on Sales order

Do those custom fields have any text in them?

@yes, they have, of course

its not only new ones, all old sales order cannot see these fields anymore

@lubos, not sure if this is the problem or not but just found out that in custom field the “area - show custom filed on printed documents” is not anymore here like before?"

Actually sales orders never had that checkbox. All custom fields were previously shown. But this has changed with themes so the checkbox has been now added to the latest version.

@lubos, ok great, Just updated and it looks fine. I was not aware of this issue regarding new template, thanks again !!!
