Custom field not working properly as before

Hi,

I have been using two custom fields in sales invoice.
One for bank details and the other for terms and conditions.
Mine is still working however when I was trying to edit, the actual details are gone and it was just blank.
I found this as I was helping my friend to set it up.

I made two custom fields like below.


Now when I create an sales invoice;

Details are like description and the cell is just black and when it is created nothing is shown as per below.

It must be an errors.

Also I found that when I add new employees, now there is Australia group and custom field group and they are exactly the same. Just duplicated. It wasn’t like this before.


Your custom fields need to be set up under Form Defaults if you want them to appear on every sales invoice.

The duplication of fields is due to recent changes in the localization scheme, which was discussed in the newsletter that came out yesterday. Personally, I am not sure what the recommended remedy is. @lubos will need to address that.

Not sure why it happened on some entities but you can go to Custom Fields and delete all custom fields that you didn’t create yourself. This will eliminate the duplicates.
