Custom Field for Payment only

  1. Please what is the latest version of server edition and how do I download it?
  2. If I custom field for payment it also affect receipt, please how do I custom fields for payment only.

  1. See the download section in manager website. The latest version is always changing.
  2. You cannot.

Create all the custom fields for both payment and receipt.
Don’t enter anything in the fields for payment when generating a receipt and enter nothing in the fields for Receipt when generating a payment.

For me I think the two functions should be split. Because, we may want to give a user only receiving roles Account Receivable Officer) and another person a payment role (Account Payable Officer)
