I am facing the problem of adding new customers as Batch
when pasting the data as required in form the data viewd then after pressing Batch create nothing happned and no data added chicking the history there no records showing adding data
so please any solution
The only thing that looks possibly suspicious at first glance is the control account. Please post a screen shot of the Edit screen for the custom control account to which you are assigning these customers. Also post a screen shot of the Customers portion of the Control Accounts page under Settings.
