Can't set From and To dates in reports 21.4.21

Version: Latest 21.4.21 Server

Updated server version to 21.4.21 this morning from 21.3.x, found creating or updating report will overwrite the From and To dates to 01/01/0001. Not sure if this is a bug or my setup issue.

This is happening to me too.
While creating ANY new transactions. Whatever date I set, after submitting, it will revert to 01/01/01.

Issue fixed in 21.4.24. Very efficient. Thanks Manager.io team.
