I am using Mac, Tahoe 26 edition, I can open the app at first, but after some time passes, even though it seems open, (‘‘I can see the dot below’’) I can not open it again. I need to quit and open at the app gain. I hope this can be fixed asap. Thank you,

Not to dismiss your issue, but it seems to me that if the app has been started successfully, hasn’t crashed and isn’t hogging up resources, then it seems that this may be an OS issue.
Anyway, it doesn’t hurt to dig a bit deeper. Could you please check the Manager process from your Activity Monitor when you face this behavior again? This could give us some clue as to why this is happening.
Ok, I have tested again, once I open Manager from dock, it opens, ok,
then afterwards when I close it from ‘‘x’’ button, and then when I click Manager app from the dock, although it seems open, does not open the window of it. But at this time, from activity monitor I have checked, it seems open there. When I quit, it quits from there also.
I apologize @bturgan because I’m not very familiar with Mac OS, but I hope the information that you just provided is sufficient for @lubos to decide whether this is a bug or not.
I’m assuming you have the option to minimise windows into application icon turned on.
You can only open again via dock icon if you minimise (the yellow button), not close (quit) the window. This is common behaviour for Mac applications and not an issue with Manager.
If it has the dot it’s running, so just click the icon and hit command+Q to close it, and reopen, remembering in future to minimise and not quit the window.
