Desktop Version can't reopen after upgrading to OS Tahoe

I am having this problem, desktop app won’t reopen when I clicked after closing it. It didn’t happen before. This happened after I upgraded my OS to Tahoe.

Anyone has the same issue? It is still ok, I can quit the app and reopen it, just a bit annoying as this didn’t happen before. Really appreciate any suggestions to solve this.

Thanks

Have you closed the Manager window but the app is still running (i.e. there’s a dot under the icon in the Dock)? In which case, if you click on the Manager app in the dock (so Manager is the active application, even though no window is currently shown), then press Command+N or choose New Window from the Window menu, that should open a new Manager window. From there you can open your business, as normal.

Assuming that works, the reason is that when you close the Manager window, it doesn’t quit the Manager app; it’s still running, just with no window open. A lot of Mac apps work like this, although some do automatically quit when you close the last open window. Hope that helps anyway but if you’re seeing a different behaviour, then maybe Manager isn’t behaving as it should.

Yes. You are right. Apps still running when I closed the window. Opening new window works. Thank you
