Unfortunately calculations are not possible in custom fields AFAIK. It’s marked as an Idea though here more than 2,5 years ago but there are a lot of ideas and it seems the program’s developer @lubos simply hasn’t had the time yet to implement it.
It’s recommended to start reading the Guides and use the forum’s search option before posting questions.
