I uploaded a list of customers but I need to remove them and replace them with another list that I have.
Is there another way of deleting the entire customer list instead on one-by-one?

No, I don’t think that there is a way to do that. What I would recommend in future is backing up manager data before importing and if something goes wrong, you can restore from backup and re-import. Won’t help you now, but for future it might be a good idea. You should be backing up manager data daily anyway.
