@lubos I am not worried about printing anymore as I agree, it makes sense to use the pdf button and then print the pdf. This works well.

I will update Manager to get the address spacing issue fixed. Thank you. Much appreciated.

When you have time, I would recommend changing the default scheme to optimise space. See the topic below.

Recommend Change to default Theme to optimise space

In the default theme on invoices, you have 5 fields. Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Number, PO Number and Quote Number. Having five fields displayed as they are on the sales invoice in the default template takes up a lot of vertical space. In addition, the company address details, Reg no and Vat No also takes up a lot of space vertically. Manager Pdf Printer Issues

I have created a Custom Field on Inventory Item called Wty and made it a drop down list for 1 Yr, 2 Yr, 3 Yr and 5 Yr and set to show on printed document. Looks perfect in Manager, when you save to pdf using Manager’s pdf printer, everything goes pear shaped. As you can see in the picture, it creates a massive width for Wty field which only has a max of 4 characters for text.
