@sharpdrivetek I could carry out only the first step ( delete the particular business file for Cafe 4 and the file with filename 0000000). Unfortunately, Cafe 4 does not open for me to take a backup…
@AA2 open the business and let it “run” on blank page for 1 hour. I’m pretty sure the upgrade script is doing its work. Obviously it shouldn’t take that long but let it run for 1 hour anyway.
Maybe using a desktop version on another more powerful computer and only importing the Cafe 4 business may speed up this process? Once completed a new backup can be made and imported on the current computer.
@lubos I let the blank page run for nearly 2 hours. Same issue.
@eko I don’t have access to another computer. I have other “heavier” business that opens just fine with the current computer.
you mentioned you can open it the first time after you import it. so import it again and if it opens, try as suggested earlier.
