Getting blank screen with no summary and menu

please see the attached screen shot. Manager opening the business with out any summary or menus.

how to resolve the issue.

(server trail edition v.22.3.42) file size 230 MB

That looks like you have not created any businesses or that you have not installed the server trial verison correctly

Thats the screen that i get after clicking the business link(file size 230 MB).

Show the screen that opens when you start Manager

My knowledge of the Server version is very limited but I wonder if this is a problem of User permissions and logins

Can you open the business if you use the Desktop version?

How did you create this business file?

How do you create business file ?
was using it for quite sometime.

Please help

No problem here so I guess the error is in the business file. Have you tried to open it in the desktop version as @Joe91 suggested?

yup same problem exists. checked with bakup file also same problem

done “vaccum” also no use.

Any chance you have older backups?

That way you could identify when the problem occured which might give some insight into the cause

That’s quite a large file, I think, 230MB

I wonder if that’s the problem ?

What operating system are you using?

I think this topic has got to the stage where lubos will have to get involved

However you look at it this is where your problem lies. You may have changed somewhere an item. I am not familiar how you were doing things but it almost seems you have been using batch update and made mistakes. As such I advise that you use an older backup version of your data that worked.
