Batch View Printing - Using Custom Theme

Dear Concern

We regularly use Customer Statement – Unpaid Invoice along with Batch view.

Individual Statement is reflecting correctly but Batch View is not showing as is and with custom theme alignment is changed.

We would appreciate, if you can quickly update on the same.

Performance of custom themes is your own responsibility unless information is missing or incorrect. You have not explained exactly what you think the problem is, if any. You also need to understand Manager is not a what-you-see-is-what-you-get application. This is because the same software runs across multiple operating systems, browsers, PDF generators, and printer drivers.

Attached screen shot is fairly visible that same custom theme showing different preview while printing unpaid invoices.

The problem is only that when we are printing individual unpaid invoices it is printing correctly on A4 size paper whereas batch printing showing different preview.

I don’t think there is any problem of multiple operating system, browser or PDF generation issue otherwise it would have been same problem with both options.

If manager can resolve the issue please let us know.

As I said, you are not looking at a preview of what will be printed. So do not think of it that way. You are looking at a completely different rendering of the data displayed. The screen view is your operating system’s rendering of HTML. The printed view is your printer driver’s rendering of Liquid theme code.

You are incorrect.

The program cannot resolve issues with your custom theme, because you (or someone you hired) wrote it. And before you object again, it is common to require different custom themes for different transaction or report types, different printers, different operating systems, and so forth to achieve the same result.
