We Have Excel file With 138 Items it Has A lot Of details we want to Create Invoice from this File But Batch Create Is very Complicated You have To Duplicate Item Header and Its Values 138 Times!
Please Update importing Excel , CSV files Way because it is Very Important.

Yeah, batch create/update is for creating or updating many records at once.
It’s not made for to create/update just one record. However, I’m pretty sure this needs to be solved with an extension where extension can take your PDF, CSV or even scanned image and try to extract as much information as possible into Manager form such as sales invoice. This is something I would like to implement soon. It will be definitely an extension though.
