Batch Create

Good Day every body

I would like to thank the admins for fast replies of the users questions and also a special thanks to the developer of to let it free for users and Accounting students.

I’m Using the latest desktop version of and I want to Batch Create some invoices from my excel sheet .
as per the below picture every invoice has multiple lines but once I use batch create every line become a separate invoice.


I’ve checked the guides for that but I did not find how to create invoice with multiple lines.

Each line in your spreadsheet becomes a separate invoice

If you want multiple lines, then you need to put them into one cell

The easiest way to see how this is done is to create an invoice with multiple lines and then use batch update to export it into Excel. You can then examine the spreadsheet to see how it is structured

I’ve tried batch update and tried to learn its table structures and attributes but still it updates the first line only.

If you increase the height of the rows in Excel, you will see that some cells contain multiple lines correspinding to the multiple lines on the invoice
