Using Cloud Edition, and google chrome, when i make click copy to clip board it just shows copied and in 2 seconds the button again becomes copy to clipboard instead of staying as copied and when i paste nothing happens as if nothing is copied. Really need the feature to work somehow as 2799 items are a lot to handle individually
Try a different browser. Many problems have been reported with Chrome. Let us know the results.

Hi, I have the same problem. Batch create and Batch update both say copied to clipboard, but if I paste into excel file only a word which I copied hours earlier is pasted. I am desktop user on Mac.
Any ideas? Thanks
@AnneMessner, this topic has wandered through several different problems. So, when you say, “I have the same problem,” that doesn’t tell us much. The thread also started before the Copy to Clipboard feature even existed.
