I appreciate that the cloud edition is backed up online. There is of course the option of a minimal backup within each company file but that excludes the attachments and is therefore useless for me. There was the option to download the full cloud backup which is no longer available, or if it is it is very well hidden; the link I had now goes nowhere. I keep getting referred to the customer portal, but there is no backup option or download available there. In fact there is no option to even restore the cloud backup so the entire process appear to be a major oversight. Is there going to be a restoration (if you will excuse the pun) of the ability to download full cloud backups? If I wanted to revert to the desktop or server version how do I even get the correct data? The lack of functionality is very unsettling.
I am using Managerio cloudserver.
I just did a backup of an administration by clicking on the [Back-up] button in the upper right corner and saving the backup on my drive. (backup was 829MB).
Then imported the saved backup in the cloudversion.
The complete administration did show, including the attachments.
As far as I know, you can import the backupped administration also in the desktop version.

Thanks for your reply. I have done this. My download is only about 9M. If I go to a transaction and try to open the attachment, it crashes back to the list of businesses because while it is referenced the attachment is not physically there in the backup. I compare my last download (300M+) to this one and it is only 9M. So it is actually missing the attachments. I am not clear why you are able to do so and I am not. My cloud version is 26.1.21.3171. You talk about “an administration” I don’t know exactly what you mean by that statement. I am logged in as administrator and I have a list of companies and there is the customer portal; I have no knowledge of any other access point to the system.
Indeed, my mistake. By administrations, I meant the list of companies.
If I understand you well, one download is 300MB, the other one is 9MB.
How big is the file in the list of companies?
