Every time I try to back up the program has an error. The program shuts down without backing up.
What computer system and Manager edition are you using ?
Manager.Ink Desktop. I have window 10.
This is quite an old version. Trying updating your software to see if that fixes the problem.
Thank you I downloaded the Manager again and now I can back up. I could not find any update button. I will keep checking for newer versions. I did not get notification to update the program. Its working now. Thanks
