Adding Purchase invoices for Car Dealer. Ideas Needed

I get these Purchases invoices with different cars registration every times. What would be the best way to copy it over from Excel to purchases invoices in one go… Where the cars are added as inventory item as well as added to accounts payable.

The business is using VAT Margin Scheme in UK

You cannot do this in one step. The inventory items need to be created separately. Only then can you enter purchase invoices to record their acquisition. But you can use Batch Create for both. Read Use Batch Create and Batch Update functions | Manager.
