But how would you handle same items from different batches with different production and expiry dates?

Currently that wouldn’t be possible.

Additional separate information without affecting the accounts and it is optional to display in the design and print in the invoices

This subject has been addressed many times in the forum. The reasons it cannot be implemented have been explained. Basically, Manager considered all units of an inventory item to be identical and interchangeable.
