If a user is suspended from a company, but a user account was created with them. It is easier to just deactivate the user account, instead of deleting it to remove access. or deselecting the businesses attached to them.
We could introduce a small checkbox, or button to deactivate the account or mark it inactive when the administrator wants to temporarily remove access to users.
Sometimes there may be a breach, instead of the administrator going to the logs to see who did what, which may take time he can then just select multiple users at a time, then deactivate them instantly, then go to look at the logs to see where the breach or who input the wrong data in the accounts.
