When you have 20+ users in manager, you dont want to just delete the users that you are removing access to, sometimes its best to set them to inactive so next time when you want to put them back in you can do it without having to recreate the account.
The same goes for businesses. You may want to set a business inactive, so its hidden in the list, but it still exists, especially if you have old businesses that you want to keep records without deleting it. Would be great to just make it inactive.
To make a user inactive you can update the User by adding the word INACTIVE to the user name and changing or deleting their password.
To make a business inactive you can add a prefix such as χ INACTIVE - ABC Corporation Limited to the business name so that it moves to the end of your list of business names.
Thanks its a great temporary solution that i use now.
I think it would be more convenient to have it as a feature, so maybe you have Add Business, Remove Business and Inactive Businesses or in the business list we have a section that stores inactive businesses, makes things cleaner.
