I have recently upgraded and now the account details does not show on invoice.
If i click into the NOTES - (set default) i can see my account details there but can’t seem to get this to save on the invoice.
Are you expecting these details to show on existing invoices? Default text in Notes only shows on future invoices. Create a new invoice as a test and see if the default text does not appear.
Thank you, you are correct. I was cloning and it was not coming through from previous invoices (pre upgrade). Selecting new invoice does show this. Thanks tut
