When pressing the relay and completing all the steps, the tax number appears incorrectly in the QR code.
Actually, it’s not a mistake, for the Sandbox Environment , the VAT Number is indeed set to the Default VAT Number.
You should try it out in the Simulation Environment, use the actual VAT Number when setting up the Integration and try any type of Invoice you may have.
Once everything is going well, you are ready to go to the Production Environment with actual Business data.
How can I do that?
With the same steps as you did before.
For the simulation environment you need to log in to the simulation portal using your Account or VAT Number and create an OTP for the Integration.
Then in the integration setup, you enter all your data according to your account information in the portal and select Simulation for CSR Environment Type.
@Mabaega how can we access the simulation portal?
When I registered, I set the VAT Number, but registered it as NonProduction.
Now when I click on Relay it is going to Invoice Reporting.
Select Simulation for CSR Environment Type
