hi. i already setup our business to the desktop application of manager.io. also we already inputed the data inside. already tested the ZATCA EGS integration and its working properly.
But. I inputed the wrong VAT number on this registration. Now when i try to scan the QR code on the generated invoice. it shows the wrong data.
is it possible or can i re-edit that data on the application.

You should go to Settings > Business Details > Reset
Then you need to redo the integration process from start, only this time, you need to use the real VAT number.

Thank you for your support. I tried the reset, and it works fine — I was able to re-input the details.
However, the issue remains the same: after re-doing the configuration and entering the correct data, the QR scanning still shows the wrong VAT number (Note: It shows the pre-inputed VAT number).
Is there another part of the configuration that I need to check in order to update this?

It looks like you’re in a sandbox environment.
The sandbox environment automatically uses the default VAT number.
You’ll need to try it in a simulation environment if you want to use a real VAT number.

as of now there are some invoices that is already inputed (in the application) and i think already submitted to ZATCA (thru this relay) - this is because the invoice cannot be deleted now (no option to delete). so im not sure if this is still the sanbox environment. please correct me if i understand this correctly. Thank you
Reset business details.
For invoices that have already been reported, you can clone those invoices.
Delete all custom fields created by ZatcaEGS, then delete all invoices that have been previously reported.
Perform the onboarding again, select the environment type you want during onboarding.
Do not use real business data for testing.
Make sure you have tried the simulation environment before you move to the production environment with your real business data.
