Why do I see a different price when trying to resubscribe after my cloud edition subscription was cancelled?

We value our customers and do not increase prices for existing subscriptions. However, if your subscription is cancelled, reactivating it is treated as a new subscription, and the current pricing will apply.

It is not possible to resubscribe at your previous price. However, we understand that subscriptions may be cancelled for various reasons. If you wish to retain your old price, please contact us. We will review your billing account and may reinstate the old price at our discretion.
