Hello I am trying to reactivate my subscription for cloud edition but i am getting this error message. Kindly help me in this.
“You cannot combine currencies on a single customer. This customer has an active subscription, subscription schedule, discount, quote, or invoice item with currency pkr.”
However i have always done my payments in PKR. My plan was 11000/month.
In the past prices may have been posted in a local currency but these would always necessitate eventually a transaction in for example US$. This probably caused lots of confusion especially where FOREX is volatile or restricted in amount to prevent export of FOREX. This may or may not be the case for Pakistan but I guess that your subscription can only be paid in US$.
