Hi, Where can I download the templates for batch imports for customers, supplier and inventory? Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply. I read the manual but wanted to know where i can get the column names and if there was a set order it had to be in. currently i am doing it by trail and error with adding and not everything is getting picked up. would greatly appreciate if there is an easier way. Thanks

When you click Batch create button, Manager will show a window with 3 choices. Click the 1st link to export the template to your computer (.tsv file - tab separated values) [image]
