Users - restricted options

Hello,

I am using cloud edition,

And i want to put out this,
there is not access options for users

For example I want my secretary to have access to ALL companies but only to View and Print Reports. Nothing else. Just to view reports and print them.

is it possible to do something like that?

Like user access VIEWING ONLY
