Hello, I suggest that it be done in User Permissions
Add a date for the viewing grace period, next to the permissions
For example, an employee who has the authority to view and create invoices can see all previous and old invoices
For example,IF the closing date can be closed for updating and creating. Is it also possible to add the offer so that it is closed to employees with limited responsibilities? Thank you.
I’m not sure I understand this request. Can you give a use-case what you are trying to achieve?
I don’t want the user to see the invoices a month ago.
I think your idea is okay and it works well for contractual or interns say they only have access to the system during there tenor e.g. from 05-06-2024 to 31-12-2024.
If we could define an “Advance search/query” for each user then this way Periods, columns and other restrictions could be defined for each user for each tab.
@shahabb yeah, I think some variation of advanced query applied to user permissions could work. This would allow ultimate flexibility what is being seen by restricted users. But I’m not quite there to implement such a feature yet.
