URGENT: Country selection, Australia Specific Fields are missing

When creating new business, country selection now disappeared. Also there’s no other way to edit this in the settings.

Need this to be fixed urgently. Thank you.

That’s not a bug, that’s by design.

For localized reports, you need to install Extensions.

However the extensions doesn’t help my issues. I have installed all the installed available for Australian however in the employee page, there’s no Australian specific fields anymore. This creates problems when reporting STP. Exporting excel file does not contain sufficient information.

I saw your other post, which had the Employee>Custom Fields intact but unpopulated…

… so I guess you are now speaking of Business Details>Custom Fields, right?

@ealfardan I meant Employees - New Employees - Australia specific fields are missing. I have multiple companies using the same cloud server. The other two still having these fields to put datas in but one existing business now missing these fields. See below two screen shots to compare.

Australia specific fields are missing here. It only shows custom fields that I previously created. Before Australia specific fields were automatically there that needs when reporting STP.

To be honest, I spent hours to find out this but no luck. It must have been missed in the latest update.

I have now placed your other topic into bugs, but for this one, there’s no need to do any fixing for now
