Upload purchase/expenses bill on supply received and other expenses

Hi @lubos ,
i have an idea requirement to upload purchase/expenses bill on supply received and other expenses, so that i can see easily the scan purchase/expenses bill on supply near feature (3/5 years later). if there is an optional option to upload and mentioned a link in Payment module then it will more user-friendly and established e-fi filing system and to reduced manual filling. It can be upload direct in Attachments module through payment module.
Is it possible to implement?

@subrosumon, your suggestion is not clear. May I recommend that you write your suggestion completely in your native language and use translation software to translate it into English? Then paste the translation into the forum.

Basically i want to upload a supplier bill against my purchase order which i have received and want to see a scan bill in payment module as like below Screen short

Hi @Tut ,
I have received a bill from my supplier against my purchase. I pay them after that bill is approved by authorized person. Then I put the payment documents and that bill in my manual file. Now i want to upload this approved bill which will show in the form of a link in my payment module where I can see the approved bill by clicking future. We have a module to attach documents. There can be uploaded which will be uploaded through payment module’s additional button like UPLOAD DOC.

what you suggest is not practical for most users because in most cases a single payment maybe against many purchase invoices which are selected on line item basis.
the best option is to utilize the already available feature of Attachments.

although i would suggest an idea to have the paperclip icon image clickable to directly view or open the attached documents against a transaction from the list itself. maybe @lubos can consider it is an idea for future improvements.
