I have put in unit price, discount and the amount showing but when i save it. The unit price is not showing non in the print. Its just showing discount and amount, how will the customer knows on which amount i have given discount?
What version number is your software? Can you post screen shots of the Edit screen for a transaction that exhibits this problem and the corresponding View screen?
Your software is several hundred versions out of date. So, first, update your software.
But that is not the cause of your situation. You have not entered a quantity. When you do this, Manager displays the unit price as the amount. Or, if you have entered a discount, it displays the discounted price.
