Have been using your software and lately having problem in launch it. Popup message advice is due to microsoft.net issue. I have diagnostic reply using Microsoft troubleshooting - dont know how to attach the file
Show screenshot of the error and at least provide which version of Manager that you are using (is at bottom of every screen). It is also important to tell us which version of Microsoft that you are using. Note that Manager requires Windows 10 Version 1607 (64-bit) or newer, see https://www.manager.io/download
As recommended by the forum rules always update your Manager version before posting in the forum. As just now this would be v24.7.22.1747
This? Sometimes pops when opens Manager
Also i’m getting Netsh.exe error when restarting or turning off my pc.Dont know if this is related to Manager or something else.
Before anyone can really help, you need to state what version of Manager you are using, what version of Windows you are using
Also did you update something recently?
It looks like it might be a webview problem
I am getting this on Win 11 Pro Build 22631.3880. About Manager version it’s not specific to version it randomly pops up got this on many versions. Can’t say which version started this as it first appeared a few months ago. Last time i got this an hour ago on 24.7.22.1747
What version of webview are you using?
That’s the version I am using but on Windows 11 Home Version 23H2
Where do you store your Manager business files - on your hard disk, in the cloud?
The error code 0x8007139f seems to be associated with a variety of errors
Mine is same but Pro version. Its fully updated also the Edge and webview got updated on 22nd July so i dont think issue is from there.
Business files on hard drive synced with cloud. But this issue wasnt there always. it started recently.
One more issue if someone can help finding whats causing this is when after reboot and opening manager and then go to Sales invoice and View any invoice it takes like half a minute to open that invoice (Only happens on sales invoice nowhere else). After that its ok just happens for the first time. This second issue i think is at my end.
check ports, antivirus program. Also you may have bandwith issues.
If you mean this could be reason for slow opening then
Running built in Windows Defender so doesnt look like any issue from that side.
Thats a no too.
And its only happening on sales invoices (no other tabs) when click “view” of an invoice (and only one time after reboot or reinstalling manager after that get ok) even edit work fine and responsive.
Let’s first agree to the fact that it is not Manager that is causing this issue but your system.
There are many system variables that could be at play both with your Windows installation and the way that you connect to the datafiles using a cloud sync. So for Windows you need to look into any antivirus app you may have installed and how its permissions (ports) are set, the Webview 2 installation, etc. Same for cloud sync check if there are bandwidth and port issues.
Win11 pro, with same version of Webview, Microsoft edge and Manager Desktop/Server
The manager works fine here.
Maybe i need to repair my Windows.
Maybe look into how you setup the data sync.
Possibly this link can help you.

Good link. I still think that it relates to point 3 of your link.
3] Disable/Uninstall 3rd party security software (if applicable)
Firewall and antivirus are important for your system safety, but sometimes these programs can interfere with the proper functioning of your Windows PC.
This solution requires you to disable your AV software and try running Windows update again. If the error at hand persists, you can remove the third-party antivirus programs from your PC using the dedicated removal tool to remove all files associated with your antivirus program.
If removing the antivirus fixes this error, you can now install the same antivirus again, or you can switch to an alternative AV software or better still stick to Windows OS native AV program – Windows Defender.
Yup, Shahabb - have the same message!
