my question is that after exporting data from Customers / Receipts & Payments, the same data was unable to import since Name is not displaying and also descreption and other items.

Yes, that would not work. The unique UUIDs (=keys rather than names for each Customer/Receipt & Payments) are created for a business whenever you create a new user or payment or receipt or whatever. These are non-transferrable between businesses. It is thus impossible.
No problem here using Batch update > Copy to clipboard in one business and then Batch create > paste into the entry field in the other business.
@Mark we look at different things. If I click on the customers tab and using Batch update in the old and Batch create in the new business then the receipts and payments are not copied also, they will basically be left blanc. You also need to do batch updates and creates for the payments and receipts of that customer and there you will need the UUIDs.
It is thus impossible to use batch processes with only Customers and expect that the associated Payments and Receipts are cc-ed into the new business.
May need to add a hlookup in the spreadsheet to translate the UUID
