I wanted to get the summary of trial balance just main topics balance to be printed for auditing purpose. Whenever I click on trial balance it gives the entire balance sheet.
A trial balance is required to show all general ledger income, expense, asset, liability and equity accounts. If you want to summarize the trial balance you can export it.
I imagine an auditor would want to see the balance on all accounrs

If the main heading report can be summarised and put in a single page then it will be very helpful.
You cannot change the presentation of the trial balance in Manager. As @tony wrote, if you want to summarize, you will have to export to a spreadsheet and do your own manipulation.
