My CA is asking for download of trial balance report for all accounts / groups. The format for example:
How to download or create this report?
Go to the Reports tab and select Trial Balance under General Ledger group
You can send the accountants your Manager backup file and ask them to download the free Desktop edition so they can process the reports directly from Manager and have access to the transactions if required.
The closest report to your example is General Ledger Summary report under Reports tab.
