Hello i noticed of recent that the total Quantity was introduce in Invoices, debit and credit notes, receipts and payment too but when using a custom theme it doesn’t work.
That is correct. And custom themes are no longer supported by the developer.
Yes. custom theme as an issue with the developer but I was able to solve the problem with the custom theme I was using for my business and qty is showing perfectly now.
How did you solve it please
I use thermal printer 80x80 for my receipt.
Which type of printer do you use?
In most cases i send electronically.
