No.
I recall seeing a way to add a counter column for each row, but that requires a custom theme and therefore may mean hiring a local IT expert if you are not comfortable with HTML and Liquid code yourself.

I don’t believe so. Code has been posted for adding line numbers, but I can’t recall anything about quantity totals.
