This business database is not valid

Manager data is stored in SQLite database. However it appears the file you are attempting to open is not a SQLite database.
@lubos pls help

Do you have a backup you could use to recover the business data?

You can send backup file to me, i will try to upload it in cloud version, if it works, i will download the backup and send it back to you.

Please share you mail id sir

no don’t have cloud backup

This shows the importance of having a proper backup strategy for Manager, and indeed, all of the software applications you use.

Without a backup, it will be almost always impossible to recover data when a problem arises

A proper backup strategy would be to backup to an external device, such as a USB key, and also to an offsite location such as a different physical location or in the cloud

I assume you are running a desktop or private server version of Manager.

In which case Manager has been running only on your hardware and not sharing your data with any other computer. That’s excellent for privacy but the flip side is no one else can retrieve your data if lost.

So the answer to your question is you have no choice but to recover your accounting records from the information you alone have.

  • your backups
  • Your original input data
  • Your hard copy of reports
  • Your bank feeds
