Text formatting

Hello,

Is it possible to include text formatting on quotes and invoice for instance, indentation and text bolding. Text bolding can help to highlight certain important information on the quote/invoice.

Also, indentation can help to improve presentation and readability of the a quote/invoice for things terms on the quote/invoice. See the snapshot herein how it look right now.

I hope this suggestion can be considered and included in future updates of Manager application…

Use HTML.
For instance if you want a word in bold use

<strong>bold</strong>

In your case:

  1. <strong>Specifications</strong>: Confirm that part number … etc.

I support this suggestion. Basic text formatting like bold, italic, and indentation would make quotes and invoices look much more professional and easier for clients to read. It would also help draw attention to important information such as payment terms, special conditions, or delivery instructions without having to rely on plain text.

Even a simple rich text editor with a few formatting options would be a valuable improvement. Better formatting would improve document presentation while giving businesses more flexibility to communicate clearly with their customers. Hopefully this can be considered for a future release.
