Tax subtotal field missing when a "tax exclusive" Receipt / Payment

The tax subtotal panel below the Item lines is missing when receipt / payment is tax exclusive (tax inclusive unchecked) - no totals per tax code. The below illustrates how the tax subtotal panel has disappeared - refer to illustration 2.

1. Manager Version before changes.
   Amounts are tax inclusive UNCHECKED
   

2. Manager Version after changes.
   Amounts are tax inclusive UNCHECKED
   

   

3. Manager Version before changes.
   Amounts are tax inclusive CHECKED
   

4. Manager Version after changes.
   Amounts are tax inclusive CHECKED
   

   

Tax exclusive - 1 is not equal to 2 after update with regards to tax subtotal display
Tax inclusive - 3 is still equal to 4 after update

Ok this is great but I wish it could be turned off for people that dont need this. What I am going to miss the most is the sub total and the tax total ( sum of all taxes paid ). I will include a before and after picture so you can see the difference.

The inclusion of the tax amount column is great and is nice. But to remove the subtotal and the tax total does not make any sense.

The latest version (20.10.82) shows tax totals even if amounts are tax exclusive on receipt or payment.
