Tax subtotal

Is there an option to display the total amount of an invoice or payment on the edit screen (including taxes) when the ‘amounts are tax inclusive’ tickbox is unchecked?

The total shows correctly in the page listing a summary of all sales invoices and on the final generated PDF. But in the edit screen it only shows the subtotal excluding taxes - not the total. Perhaps there is a tickbox or option that I missed. See example screenshots below.
