Tax ( my case Vat) Totals on documents

Hi
I would like the below screen ( the one where you type in / edit) to show on printed document.

So in other the words the last two columns i would like showing on my printed documents.
I am not good at coding so if some can give me the code that i can insert that the last to columns will also show on printed documents which currently looks like this.

You cannot add content with custom themes when the variables are not present. Themes change appearance, not content.
