I am looking for a way to have a snapshot of status of quotes (as project tracking purpose). Currently, I added a private note tab to Quotes and keep adding notes as the projects go. With this way, I have to click open a particular quote to see the private note, and this is time consuming as we can’t get an overview. I also try to keep tracking with other method like excel but we can handle in one place it better.
How do you handle this tracking with Manager? Thank you for any suggestions.
You cannot do this. Custom reports can only be created from transactions posted to general ledger accounts, not from content of custom fields. Understand that Manager is accounting software, not project management software.
