Not unless you create the customer as a user. But do you really want the customer logging into your accounting records, no matter how you might restrict them?

personally, i would not recommend you giving access to your accounting software to a customer or supplier directly even if you have set restrictions.

For a time, there was a plan to provide customer and supplier portals, and the option you describe was part of that. But the original plan did not work out and was reversed.
Customers do not have their own accounts in Manager. They have subsidiary ledgers under Accounts receivable, which is your own business’ asset account. And within the inventory management capabilities, quantities owed are tagged to customers if you are using goods receipts and delivery notes, but the transactions supporting such information do not belong to the customer, nor is information contained within them limited to customer information.
For these and many other reasons, it would be a very bad idea to allow a customer to access your accounting records. Have you, as a customer, ever had access to the accounting records of one of your suppliers? I think not. Even when companies create customer/supplier portals, those who can access them are not looking at the company’s accounting records directly. They are usually looking at information pulled from those records and presented on a separate web site.
